Effective date: 24 July 2026 · Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at crimemark.life ("Website"), operated by CrimeMark Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202780516K), registered at 475 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3, #03-11, Sunshine Place, Singapore 680475 ("CrimeMark", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Website. Separate terms and conditions may apply if you engage CrimeMark for professional marketing services — those will be set out in a service agreement signed by both parties.
2. About CrimeMark
CrimeMark Pte. Ltd. is a marketing agency based in Choa Chu Kang, Singapore. The name "CrimeMark" is a branding choice — a memorable mark for a studio that helps clients leave their own mark in market. It has no connection to criminal activity, true-crime media, law enforcement, or anything illicit. CrimeMark is a legitimate business registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore under UEN 202780516K. We provide strategy, brand and creative production, paid media management, SEO and content, web and CRO, and analytics and reporting services.
We are not a lifestyle brand, AI training course, or get-rich-quick programme. Website content describes our agency services only.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include browsing content, submitting enquiries through our contact form, and sharing links to our pages. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or connected systems
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website using automated tools without our prior written consent
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our contact form
- Impersonate CrimeMark, our employees, or other users

4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software code — is the property of CrimeMark Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Website content without our prior written permission.
The CrimeMark name and logo are trademarks of CrimeMark Pte. Ltd. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.
You may share links to our pages on social media or in communications, provided you do not misrepresent our content or suggest endorsement where none exists.
5. Marketing content and disclaimers
The Website contains marketing content describing our services, capabilities, and past client outcomes. This content is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional advice, a binding offer, or a promise of future performance.
Specifically:
- Performance figures, case study results, and metric improvements cited on the Website are based on past client engagements or aggregated data and are provided for illustrative purposes only.
- Individual results vary based on industry, budget, market conditions, product quality, competitive landscape, and other factors outside our control.
- CrimeMark Pte. Ltd. does not promise specific search engine rankings, return on ad spend (ROAS) figures, conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or any other performance metric.
- Past performance of our services does not predict future results for any current or prospective client.
- Pricing information mentioned on the Website (such as minimum engagement sizes on the FAQ page) is indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement.
- Testimonials, case studies, and portfolio items may anonymise client names where confidentiality applies.
Any decision to engage our services should be based on a direct consultation and written proposal, not solely on Website content. We encourage prospective clients to book a discovery call for a tailored assessment.
6. Contact form submissions
When you submit our contact form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it. You must provide valid consent under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 by ticking the consent checkbox — consent is not pre-checked and must be actively given.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate CrimeMark to provide services. We reserve the right to decline engagements at our discretion.
Our contact form includes a honeypot field ("website") for spam prevention. Automated submissions that populate this hidden field will be silently discarded.
Form submissions are processed by send.php on our server and emailed to our team with the subject prefix [CrimeMark]. Submission timestamps use the Asia/Singapore timezone.
7. Third-party links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. CrimeMark does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, CrimeMark disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Website.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrimeMark Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed SGD 100. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrimeMark Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Website, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Website, you consent to data processing as described in those policies.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
