Open-plan studio corner where client discovery conversations happen

Discovery conversations happen here — before any scope document is signed.

If your question is not covered below, email [email protected] or book a discovery call. We prefer direct answers over long email chains.

  • No. We are a Singapore AI marketing agency offering strategy, creative and performance media under a scoped proposal or retainer. “Crime” is brand-family naming for our Choa Chu Kang series only — this is not true crime, crime news or policing. The .life TLD is branding only — not lifestyle, wellness or coaching. We do not run an AI income course, do not sell get-rich schemes, and do not guarantee rankings or ROI. Website content is general information; results vary — see our disclaimer on the Terms of use page and in our footer.

  • A 45-minute conversation — by phone, video, or in person at Sunshine Place — about your business, current marketing setup, goals, and constraints. We ask direct questions, share an honest view on whether we can help, and outline what an Audit would cover if you proceed. There is no pitch deck and no obligation to sign anything afterward.

  • Our working process. Audit reviews your current marketing, tracking, and spend allocation. Brief defines audience, offer, metrics, and channel plan in a shared document. Make produces creative, campaigns, and landing pages against that Brief. Measure reports against the metrics defined in Brief — honestly, including what did not move.

  • An Audit typically starts from SGD 2,800 for a two-week diagnostic. Ongoing retainers generally begin from SGD 5,000 per month for a single discipline, depending on scope. We publish indicative ranges because under-budget engagements produce under-powered tests — and that wastes everyone’s time. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal.

  • Yes, when there is budget for meaningful production and testing, and when tracking can measure outcomes. We have turned away engagements where spend would be better directed to product development or where data infrastructure was too immature for performance work. We would rather decline than take a fee we cannot justify.

  • B2B services, SaaS, professional services, consumer brands, e-commerce, and fintech — primarily in Singapore with regional campaigns across Southeast Asia. We do not specialise in gambling, adult content, or categories restricted from advertising on major platforms.

  • Monthly readouts tied to metrics defined in Brief — qualified leads, cost per acquisition, conversion rate movement, organic revenue contribution, and other outcomes relevant to your business. We show what we tested, what moved, what stalled, and what we recommend next. We do not hide weak months behind vanity metrics.

  • Often, yes — but we start with Audit rather than assuming the previous agency got everything wrong. We review account access, tracking, creative assets, and historical data before recommending a transition plan. Handoffs are scoped so nothing breaks mid-campaign without a deliberate decision.
